The NHS needed to encourage more nurses to make the move into the community. We found these amazing nurses and Ben Holman and I directed an inspiring, aspirational day-in-the-life for them to share.
This one actually did what it was supposed to and there was a sharp increase in the number of people applying to be community nurses. It was even singled-out for attention by Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization.
